Prioritize a slot when roles are missing
A second or later hero can add damage, frontline stability, or sustain that one hero cannot provide alone. Choose the role first, then verify the route to the formation node.
Delay when the new slot would be empty
If you cannot field, level, or equip another useful hero yet, a slot may not solve the current wall immediately. Compare it with the shortest verified survival or progression route instead of following a fixed order blindly.
Community claim versus official fact
The game's party and idle systems are official. The claim that formation slots are the best early investment comes from community routes, not an official developer ranking or controlled test.
Verify after unlocking
- Add a hero with a clearly different role.
- Repeat the same stage or farming route.
- Compare survival and clear consistency, not one lucky run.
- Treat exact slot costs and prerequisites as unknown until checked in-game.
